Britain sends respirators to India in light of the high number of Corona injuries


The British government announced the dispatch of ventilators; To help India in facing the oxygen shortage crisis in light of record high incidence in the emerging corona virus.

 

The British newspaper (The Guardian) reported - in the context of a report on its website, today, Sunday - that the first batch of devices will be sent tomorrow, Monday, explaining that the devices have a capacity of nine airborne containers, and include about 600 respirators.

 

According to the report, the British aid package includes 495 oxygen concentrators, to help extract oxygen from the air when Indian hospital systems are depleted, and it is expected to arrive in New Delhi on Tuesday, with other shipments to be dispatched later this week.

 

For his part, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced, yesterday, Friday, Britain’s readiness to stand by India and help it from the worrying situation due to the spread of the mutated Corona virus strain .. Johnson said: “We will do what we can and discuss what can be done to help and support the people of India.” , Describing India as a "great partner."

 

Yesterday, Saturday, the Indian Ministry of Health announced that the total number of HIV infections has so far exceeded 16.2 million, while the total number of deaths resulting from it has reached 186,920 deaths.
