Natural ways to get shiny hair .. Use aloe vera gel and yogurt



Shiny hair is the goal of every woman looking for an elegant appearance, and there are many cosmetics that can fulfill this role, but perhaps because they are too expensive or for fear of their side effects on hair and health in general, some may avoid using them, and some women may follow natural methods of simple things available at home. And use it to get shiny and healthy hair.

There are a number of natural recipes for shiny hair:

1- eggs

Whisk two eggs until they get a foamy texture, then pour it directly on your hair and leave it for 15-30 minutes, then wash your hair with shampoo as usual with cold water.


2- Black tea

Soak the tea for at least two hours, then pour it on your hair and leave it for 15-30 minutes, then add the conditioner on top and rinse after that.


3- Avocado

Mash a large ripe avocado with two tablespoons of olive oil, then apply this mixture to your damp hair, especially on dry ends, and leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water and shampoo.


4- Yogurt

Apply 6 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt, without any fruit flavor, on your hair and cover it with a shower cap, then leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.


5- Coconut oil

Heat half a cup of coconut oil, then massage it into your hair and scalp, then cover it for 20-30 minutes, then wash it with warm water using shampoo and conditioner as usual.


6- Apple cider vinegar

Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water together, once you have shampooed your hair, pour this mixture on your hair and massage your scalp well, then leave it for a minute or two and rinse it with cold water.


7- Aloe vera gel

Mix 4 tablespoons of pure aloe vera gel with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt, and apply the mixture on damp hair and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse it well and then wash your hair with shampoo.
