The president-elect spoke at the Maj. Joseph R. Beau Biden III Center, a center at New Castle Airport near Wilmington, Delaware.The center is named after Biden's late son, who died of brain cancer in 2015.
Biden echoed his campaign messages, offering a message of hope the day before he was sworn in as president.
